Ingredients
- 1 cup (120 g) pecans, soaked for 4–6 hours or overnight
- 25 g Mylky chopped dates (or 2 dates, pitted)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 4 cups (1 litre) water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Optional: ½ tbsp (7 ml) avocado oil
