By placing an order, you confirm that:

- you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate.
However:
- minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur
- manifest errors or obvious mistakes are not binding
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Products are intended for normal private household use unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Customers must follow all safety, installation, and usage instructions provided with the product.
4. Formation of the Contract
A purchase agreement is only concluded once you receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including but not limited to:
- product unavailability
- suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- manifest pricing or technical errors
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued within a reasonable time.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include GST where legally required, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs and any additional charges will be clearly indicated before checkout.
Payment must be completed at the time of ordering using the available payment methods.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card details.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer only after full payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the locations listed on our website, including Australia where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, logistics delays, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery, except where otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, customs authorities, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Change of Mind Returns
We may offer a voluntary return or satisfaction guarantee policy for change-of-mind returns.

This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Customers)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to these statutory rights, Mylky may offer a voluntary commercial warranty.
This warranty does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty claims should be submitted via support@mylky.co including:
- order number
- description of the issue
- photos or video evidence where applicable
Proof of purchase may be required to process a remedy under consumer guarantees.
9. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- attempt unauthorized access to systems
- interfere with website functionality or security
- distribute malware or harmful technologies
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access in case of misuse.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the website and products- including trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and software, remain the property of Mylky BV or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss resulting from improper use of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, or transport failures.

15. Governing Law
