We offer a 30-day return period for all our products, provided they are unused. This applies not only to the Mylky machine, but also to accessories like bottles, measuring spoons and other items. The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery confirmation.
Your Mylky machine comes with a 2-year warranty.
It depends on the payment method you have used. Usually it takes 3-5 days after we receive and inspect the item, but in some cases it can take up to 10 business days.

We want you to love your Mylky products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased through our website.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund for a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
- Have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we may offer change-of-mind returns subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused and not put into regular operation, and in resalable original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging, where reasonably possible
- Include all accessories, manuals, components, and any bonus items supplied
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the product until it is returned.
We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return or reduce the refund amount if the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
This change-of-mind policy does not limit or replace your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Return Shipping
For all approved returns, Mylky will provide a prepaid return shipping label together with instructions on how to return the product.
We cover return shipping costs in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product is returned unused and in new condition within the 30-day change-of-mind return period
Return shipping costs will not be covered and a prepaid label may not be provided if:
- The product has been used, including any contact with food, liquids, or regular operation
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- The returned product does not meet the conditions of our return policy, including cases of misuse, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery
If a returned item is found to be ineligible after inspection, we reserve the right to refuse the return, deduct return shipping costs, or apply a reduction in the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Returns must be authorised by our customer support team before being sent.
The customer remains responsible for the product until it is received at our nominated return address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns only, refunds may be refused in the following circumstances:
- The product has been used, including any contact with food, liquids, or regular operation
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- The returned product does not meet the conditions of our return policy, including cases of misuse, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
we will provide a remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
Defects Occurring After Delivery
If your product develops a defect or malfunction after it has been used or after the initial delivery period, this will be handled in accordance with our warranty policy.
In such cases, please contact us at support@mylky.co with details of the issue so that we can assist you with a warranty assessment and next steps.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted if:
- They have been used in a way that involves contact with food or liquid, beyond a normal inspection.
- They are damaged due to misuse
- They are missing parts or accessories not due to our error
