Cashew coconut overnight oats

Ingredients

• 70 g oat flakes (½ cup)
• 130 g cashew coconut milk (1 cup)
• leftover pulp from the cashew coconut milk
• 1 tbsp vegan yogurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings:
• Banana
• Peanut butter

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to a glass or jar and stir to combine

2. Place in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

3. Top it with banana and peanut butter or your desired toppings. Enjoy!
