Ingredients

• Coconut milk pulp
• 1 tbsp homemade coconut milk
• 60 g vegan coconut yoghurt (¼ cup)
• ¼ tsp coconut sugar
• ½ banana, sliced
• ½ mango, cubed
• Chia and hemp seeds, for garnish

Instructions

1. Add the coconut milk pulp, homemade coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and coconut sugar to a bowl and stir to combine.

2. Top with the mango cubes and sliced banana.

3. Garnish with some chia and hemp seeds.
