Ingredients
- 750 ml cold water
- ½ cup (120 g) fresh grapefruit segments
- 25 g Mylky chopped dates (or 2 dates, pitted)
- Small pinch chili flakes
- A thin slice of fresh ginger
- Tiny pinch of salt
- To serve:
- 400 ml sparkling water, chilled
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit peel or a slice of fresh chili, for garnish
