1. Start by making the almond milk. Place the almonds into the filter basket and the agave syrup, and hot water into your Mylky jug. Attach the filter basket and securely twist it to seal. Run the machine to make fresh almond milk.
2. Once the almond milk is ready, empty the filter basket. Add the pumpkin purée, dates, and pumpkin pie spice to the basket. Reattach it to the Mylky machine and run it again to infuse the flavors into the almond milk to the top of the Mylky and twist to seal. Run the machine one more time.
3. Brew a shot of espresso into each mug. Pour the warm pumpkin-spiced almond milk over the espresso, filling the mug.
4. Top with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice and a dollop of coconut whipped cream if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Pumpkin Spice Almond Latte!
