Ingredients

• 250 ml almond paste (from almond milk)
• 80 g rolled oats
• 125 ml honey
• 3 tablespoons oil of your choice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
• 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
• 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare almond milk using the Mylky machine and extract as much liquid as possible from the pulp in the filter basket.

2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan-forced).

3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, ensuring they are well coated with honey and start to clump together.

4. Spread the granola evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place it in the oven.

5. Bake for 30–45 minutes, checking every 10 minutes to ensure the granola turns golden brown and crispy without burning.
