1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish (about 20 x 20 cm/8 x 8 inch) with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix your walnut or pecan pulp, oat flour, coconut sugar, spices, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the melted coconut oil, maple syrup or molasses, and plant milk. Stir until a thick batter forms.
4. Spread evenly in the baking dish and smooth the top.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set and lightly golden around the edges.
6. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
7. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the plant milk and a few drops of vanilla.
8. Drizzle over the cooled bars and serve.
