Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120 g) oat flour
  • ¼ cup (50 g) coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp (6 g) ground ginger
  • 1 tsp (3 g) cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp (8 g) baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup or molasses (for classic gingerbread flavor)
  • 2–3 tbsp (30–45 ml) plant milk (as needed, for consistency)
  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tsp (5-10 ml) plant milk
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
