Ingredients

- 1 Medjool date
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon ground turmeric
- 3-4 cm piece of fresh ginger
- Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
- 1.3 litres of warm or hot water
