Chocolate balls

Servings: 6-7 chocolate balls

Ingredients

• 140 g almond scraps (from making almond milk with Mylky)
• 4 - 5 dates (pitted and split)
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
• Optional; flour of your choice

Instructions

To do this

1. Make almond milk with Mylky and squeeze out as much liquid as possible from the filter basket.

2. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a smooth batter.)

3. take about half a tbsp of the batter and roll into a small ball. If needed, you can add some optional flour to the batter (depending on how much water your leftover almonds contained).

4. Repeat with the rest of the batter.

5. Place your balls in the fridge for at least an hour. Afterwards, you can top your balls with some cocoa powder or coconut flakes.
