Choco Hazelnut Pulpmeal

Ingredients

• Hazelnut milk pulp (made from 1 cup (130 g) hazelnuts, 1 date and 1.3 litres of water)
• 1,5 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
• 2 tbsp agave syrup (adjust to taste)
• 2 tbsp hazelnut milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
• 1 banana, sliced for garnish
• 1 tbsp tahini
• 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

1. After making the hazelnut milk, place the pulp in a bowl.

2. Add the cacao powder, hazelnut milk, and agave syrup. Mix until well combined.

3. Garnish with sliced banana, tahini, chopped hazelnuts, and a pinch of cinnamon. Enjoy!
