Vegan Pancakes

Servings: 4-6 pancakes

Ingredients

• 150ml oat pulp (from oat milk with Mylky)
• 250g plain flour
• 2½ teaspoons baking powder
• 250ml oat milk
• 2 tablespoons agave syrup (optional)
• 1 tsp salt

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add the oat pulp, oat milk, agave syrup (if using), and salt. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil. Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.

3. Serve warm with fresh berries, sliced bananas, a drizzle of agave syrup, and a sprinkle of chopped nuts.
