1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix ground flaxseeds with water to make a plant-based egg replacer called a flax egg. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
3. In a large bowl, combine almond pulp, oat flour, olive oil, baking powder, salt, and seasonings. Add the flax “egg” and mix until a sticky dough forms.
4. Transfer the dough to the tray. With slightly damp hands, press and shape into 2 round pizza bottoms or 4 mini pizzas (about ½ cm thick).
5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip carefully, and bake another 5–10 minutes until firm and lightly golden.
6. Remove from oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and bake again for 10–12 minutes until everything is bubbly and crisp.
