Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Servings: 1-2 servings

Ingredients

• 1,2 dl oats
• almond milk pulp
• 1 tbsp carob or cacao powder
• 1 espresso shot
• 120 ml almond milk (½ cup Mylky)
• ½ tbsp ground flax seeds
• ½ tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

Toppings:
• 1 tbsp vegan yogurt
• 2 tbsp melted vegan chocolate (about 20g)

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to combine.

2. Transfer the mixture to a jar or cup and spread the yogurt evenly on top.

3. Let it rest in the fridge while you melt the chocolate. Once melted, pour the chocolate on top and place it back in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
