Tigernuts Milk

Ingredients

• 150 g dried tigernuts (1 cup)
• 1.3 liters water
• Pinch of sea salt
• 2–3 tbsp agave
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

 1. Soak 1 cup of tigernuts in water for 24 hours. This softens them and improves the texture and flavor of the milk.

2. After soaking, drain and rinse the tigernuts thoroughly.

3. Add the soaked tigernuts and salt to the filter basket. Attach the filter basket to the lid

4. Add water, agave and vanilla extract to the Mylky jug. Place the lid on the Mylky.

5. Press the mode button to select "nut milk." Press start and wait for 1 minute until the machine stops completely.

6. Once the machine has stopped, serve the tigernut milk and enjoy!
