

Rice Milk
Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus time to cook and cool the rice)

1. Cook the rice and allow it to cool completely.
2. Fill the filter basket with half of the cooked rice (2 cups), along with the agave syrup or dates, and a pinch of salt.
3. Fill the Mylky jug with water up to the “Min” mark (1.3 litres).
4. Place the filter basket and lid onto the jug and start your Mylky machine.
5. Once the cycle is complete, remove the pulp from the filter basket.
6. Fill the filter basket with the remaining rice (2.5 dl), close the lid, and run the machine again.
7. After one minute, your fresh homemade rice milk is ready to enjoy!
8. Store the milk in the fridge and consume within 3–5 days.
