1. Add the soaked pistachios, dates, and salt into the filter basket of the Mylky machine.
2. Fill the mini jug with 3 cups (750 ml) of fresh water (up to the "Min" line). Add the avocado oil and vanilla extract.
3. Attach and twist the filter basket to seal it securely.
4. Select the Nut mode and start the Mylky cycle.
5. Wait for the 1-minute blending cycle to finish.
6. Once done, pour the fresh pistachio milk into a glass bottle or jar.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Shake well before each use.
