Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 150 gram/3dl flour
• 180/200 grams/2.5dl pressed almond pulp
• 2 tbsp sugar
• A pinch of salt
• 110 gram/1.2 dl cold vegan butter
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Mix together the flour, almond pulp, sugar, and salt.

2. Add the butter, vinegar, and vanilla, then cut it into the flour until pea-sized bits remain.

3. Shape into a ball and chill for 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease a 10-inch pie pan.

5. Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface, transfer to the pie pan.

Fill and bake your pie for 30–40 minutes.

Add your favourite filling and enjoy!
