Oat Cooking Cream

Servings: 2-3 servings

Ingredients

• 120 g (1 ½ cup) rolled oats
• ½ tsp salt
• 750 ml water
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) avocado oil or light olive oil
• 2 tsp (10 ml) lemon juice

Instructions

1. Place half the oats and salt into the filter basket of the Mylky machine.

2. Fill the mini jug with 3 cups (750 ml) of water.

3. Add oil and lemon juice directly to the jug.

4. Attach the filter basket, twist to seal, and select the Nut mode.

5. Start the Mylky machine. Wait 1 minute for the cycle to complete.

6. Remove the pulp from the basket and add the remaining oats. Attach the filter basket, twist to seal, and select the Nut mode once again. Start the Mylky machine and run another cycle.

7. Pour into a jar or bottle. Chill for at least 30 minutes before using for best texture.
