1. Add the cashews and date to the filter basket of the Mylky machine. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Mylky and twist to seal.
2. Fill the machine with 1.3 litres of hot water. Press the mode button to select "nut milk". Press start and wait for 1 minute until the machine stops completely.
3. Once the machine has stopped, leave the milk in the jug, empty the filter basket and add the chopped vegan white chocolate. Attach the filter basket to the top and twist to seal.
4. Run the machine once again.
5. Serve, garnish with some cocoa powder, and enjoy while still hot.
