Extra Double Chocolate Milk

Ingredients

• 1 cup (150 g) cashews (or almonds, or hazelnuts),
• 3 ½ tbsp (18 g) cacao powder,
• 3 ½ tbsp (52 g) melted dark chocolate,
• 3 ½ tbsp (52 g) maple syrup,
• 1 ¾ tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract,
• pinch of salt,
• 1.3 L hot filtered water (about 70-80°C).

Instructions

1. Add the cashews, cacao powder, melted chocolate, vanilla powder, and salt into the filter basket of the Mylky machine. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Mylky and twist to seal.

2. Pour 1.3 L of hot filtered water and maple syrup into the jar. Then attach the top securely.

3. Select the “nut milk” function and start the machine. Once the cycle is complete, carefully remove the filter basket and discard the pulp or save it for another recipe.

4. Serve directly into cups and enjoy. Leftover milk can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days and can be heated before drinking if desired.
