3. Prepare the frosting by whisking half a cup of vegan cream cheese with half a cup of powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
4. To assemble, spoon the cinnamon pulp mixture into a serving bowl. Using a frosting bag (or a spoon if you prefer), create a swirl of the vegan cream cheese frosting on top of the pulpmeal.
5. For a finishing touch, sprinkle a little extra brown sugar over the top to add a sweet, crunchy texture.
