Instructions
1. Mix all the ingredients for the base and pour the mixture into your jar.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the vegan cream cheese and peanut butter. When combined, spread the mixture over the base.
3. Add raw peanuts or almonds on top of the cheesecake layer.
4. In another bowl, mix the melted chocolate and coconut oil to create the top layer.
5. Immediately pour the top layer over the cheesecake layer
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy!
