- 1/2 cup (40g) oats
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- Pulp from your favourite homemade plantbased milk
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 + 1/2 tbsp vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1-2 tbsp almonds or peanuts
- Top layer:
- 10g melted vegan dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
