  • Almond pulp from 1 batch of almond milk (well squeezed)
  • 1 cup / 100 g oat flour
  • ¼ cup / 60 ml / 85 g maple syrup
  • ¼ cup / 60 ml / 65 g almond butter
  • Date Caramel Thumbprint
  • ½ cup / 90 g pitted dates
  • ½ cup / 1.2 dl / 120 g coconut cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • Dash of pink sea salt
  • Chocolate Shell
  • 80 g dark chocolate bar
  • 1–2 tbsp / 15–30 ml coconut oil
