Activated Almond Milk

Prep Time: 10 minutes (and one night of soaking)

Servings: 3-4 servings

Ingredients

• 1 cup raw almonds (140gr/1.4dl)
• 2 dates
• pinch of himalayan salt
• 1l water

Instructions

1. Add almonds to a large bowl and cover with plenty of water, ensuring the almonds remain fully submerged as they swell during soaking. Let soak for 8 hours or overnight.

2. Rinse the almonds well and add them to the filter basket along with 2 pitted dates and a pinch of Himalayan salt.

3. Attach the filter basket to the top of the Mylky and twist to seal.

4. Fill the mini-jug with 1 liter of filtered or mineral water. Securely attach the top of the machine.

5. Press the mode button to select "Nut Milk." Press start and wait approximately 1 minute for the machine to complete the process.

6. Once the machine has stopped, attach the handle to the collector cup and pour the freshly made almond milk into a bottle. Store it in the fridge and use it within the next 4–5 days.
